As we are all hockey players at Withrow Ball Hockey Academy we appreciate loyalty to our team and camp. We would like to offer those qualified, a fair discount. To qualify you must have already participated in one session and fill out the following form.  This form will help us verify your information and we will gladly send you an email within 24 hours with instructions on completing registration.
